Kennel Training: Rex is kennel tolerant but it’s not his favourite place to be. He’s only kennelled when left home alone and will cry a bit at first but eventually settles and takes a nap!

Housing Training: Fully house trained, never had an accident!
Personality: Rex’s two favourite things in life are cuddling and playing/being outside (especially in the snow!) He is perfectly content doing either! He was quick to settle into his foster home and instantly became part of the pack - He is fostered with a medium size female dog who he plays/ gets along with really well and does good with other dogs we meet. He’s got an awesome, goofy personality and an easy going temperament.

We’ve been working on his recall while out at the dog park etc, which is getting quite good (He’s eager to please in exchange for treats!).
Rex can be a strong puller on leash but we’ve been working on his manners and he’s improving! Though he’s happy chilling and relaxing, he can get bored and appreciates as much exercise as he can get. He would love a home with another active dog to play with. Rex is very quiet for a husky, he doesn’t howl and rarely barks! At night, he’d love to cuddle up in bed with you if you’ll let him but also happily sleeps in his own bed nearby. He is not kennelled at night. Rex is a very sweet boy who truly just wants to be loved! He will make a great, loyal addition to your family!

Medical Note: Rex came into care lame on one leg/foot. He was checked at the vet and they found no issue. With rest and time to heal he has done amazing. No underlying issue present or suspected at this time
